Welcome my Creative Friends! I for one cannot believe that it is the weekend. I cleaned everything yesterday you know dusting, laundry, vacuum, etc. so we don't have to spend half of Saturday Cleaning. Hopefully we can go out and about this weekend, we shall see.

Background Stamp is from Peachy Keen Stamps "Lucky Day Shamrock", I then sprayed it with some glimmer mist. I think you can see the glimmer a little bit.

I colored Lucy with my copics, added some stickles and glossy accents around

I got that shamrock stamp in SF during my last visit. I added some gold glitter around it.

Good afternoon my Fellow Creative Crafters. Sorry I haven't been posting much lately but my DT stuff. I have been super busy trying to organize my craftroom, it's getting there I am hoping to finish it by the end of this week so I can go back to my normal routine of things.

In the meantime, I found my Scrap n' Tote. Now I bought this when it first came out so it's the green one. I tried it for a day or 2 but living in the apartment well even now I just found it way to bulky for my taste. So instead of tossing it out, I'm sure one of my fellow creative crafters would just like to win it. They still sell for $79 when it's on sale.

Hello Everyone, I found this website called Stamping Ground that ask you to link up your work area, space or wherever you work at doing your craftiness. So for the First Time ever, I will show you where I am working at now and when I will be working on soon, once hubby gets it all fixed and organized for me :}

Right now I am on the kitchen island of the house:

Here is the lights hubby got me at Ikea

Any organizational advice would be GREATLY appreciated. Hubby wants it so everything is hidden but I really don't like the Scrapbox. I am thinking more of Built in or just my Expedit from Ikea but I still can't decided.

Hello Everyone!

Well I wanted to mix it up a bit. I am a tad behind on scrapbooking so I think once I really get settled in my craft space I will dedicate once a week a scrapbook LO. But in the meantime here is one I made last year for my then 3 month old now running around 1 year old.

I also used my PKS faces on the clovers of course

I got that shirt at Walmart before he was even born I though it was so cute

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

I hope everyone is having or will be having a wonderful Valentine's Day! Me, well with 4 kids and no sitter we pretty much don't do much, but we did celebrate yesterday by hubby taking the day off and that is gift enough for me.

Anywhoo, this project put it this way I wanted it to turn out like something else but since I was in a rush and still couldn't not find some of my "My Creative Time Dies" and my Cricut Mat and My Gypsy plug well you get where I am going right, LOL!

This is what I made I still like it but I just wish I could have done more. I made 21 of these babies and thanks to Emma's Lollipop Holder die I think I would have been lost. BTW, have you been checking out the Sneaky Peeks over at My Creative Time - I am LOVIN' it yet again. I swear that Chika is Super TALENTED.

I am also super bummed that I couldn't make any more projects using my Peachy Keen January 2012 Stamp Kit, because it is so CUTE! Seriously if you are thinking about joining the Stamp Kit Club, join it I think it is just TOTALLY WORTH IT. I just got the February and it is ADORABLE can't wait to create with it.

Okay enough chatter here is my project:

Here are the Lollipop Holders, I used Darice hearts embossing folder to emboss my holders in and then I used my spellbinders to cut the circle to stamp my cute PKS Faces on them. I just colored the tongue and eyelids with some copics and added some chalking for the blush.

Jaded Blossoms 1st Challenge

Hi Everyone!

I ordered my first ever Jaded Blossom Stamp Set and I am super happy with it. I ordered the Sweet Celebration Stamp Set and it is so cute. I can't wait to order more from them since their newest release will be tomorrow. They also have a blog hop going on for their new release but all week they have been doing sneaky peeks and can I just say CUTE!

Anyway's they started their first challenge and I decided to join in the fun. Now their first Challenge is to create a Valentine's Day Themed Project using at least 1 Jaded Blossom Stamp.

Hello, Fellow Crafters! Happy Monday!

I found my beloved Spellbinder Dies, I can't say much for the rest of my crafty things though, LOL!

I am joining my very second challenge of the year and it is with Karber Digital. I bought some of her cute stamps while I was staying at the hotel and colored them up. They are the cutest little things and I'm so glad that I bought some. You can find the Digi's Here and some Clear Stamps Here.

The theme of this challenge is:

Use some BLING

(pearls, dew drops, glitter, rhinesstones, etc)

& and of course to use a Karber Digi or Clear Stamp

Hi Everyone, so sorry I haven't posted in a while. We are still in the process of unpacking but no worries we are half done with the unpacking with the exception of my craft room. That's where everything is because hubby still needs to paint the playroom SF Giants Color. The previous owner has the room colored in New Orleans Saints. So I have to wait before I get all my stuff is organized, I can't even find my spellbinder dies which is irritating me to no end right now. It's only been a week since we moved in to the house and we got a lot of stuff done already including to change the carpet.

Today is very Bitter Sweet For Me. My little one is 1 Years Old Today. 2011 seriously went by so fast. It's bitter sweet because, I can't have anymore kids since I had my tubes tied already. I can't believe that Christmas is on Sunday already, kinda a bit depressing here as we are still living in the Hotel. But we did bid on a house this weekend so that is a good thing I am hoping we can be in our new home by Jan 20 or something. I wish it was sooner but real estate lenders here in TX is a bit different. Good thing my kids are okay with that so no worries, they will still be getting a little something....something.

This really caught me by surprise because I turned in my card I think sometime in June - July and I didn't even get an email or anything except for this letter along with the magazine mailed out to me this Week. Such an AWESOME SURPRISE IT WAS. I am so happy. This is my 2nd time getting published and it is a complete shock each and everytime.

This is the magazine where you will find my card, I'm in page 122. I didn't have time to take a picture of it because it's a mess right now at home from all the packing that is going on.

Today is a start of a Brand New Progressive Challenge over at CDAC (Crafters Digital Art Center) and the theme is Animal hold our Heart.

How does the CDAC Progressive Challenges work? The CDAC Progressive Challenge is a proactive freebie challenge. What that means is as long as you are proactive by making and submitting cards to this challenge you will continue to get freebies offered in a large variety of styles. These images are created by the artists that have groups here on CDAC and by those that participate in the CDAC drawing Challenges. Peachy Keen Stamps Sketch Challenge #65 +a Twist

Well it's crunch time for me this week. I did cook for Thanksgiving now everything is getting cleaned up. Getting ready to pack everything up. I do know that I will be shipping some stuff, so I can at least color some images while we are waiting to get a house. In case you didn't know. We are moving from Sunny San Diego to Fort Worth, TX at the end of this month. Definitely something New and Exciting for us. For this weeks challenge it is to create any fold card you like,but not a shape card or a A2 single fold.Must include ribbon and a cut from die,Cricut or a punch.

I decided to make a Spring Fold Card. I didn't get to add a ribbon but that is because, he is already holding one. For tutorial you can go Here

I used Cindy' s Digi called Snowman with Wreath

I added xmas stickles for my berries

I matted the paper using my spellbinders Lacey Square

I also used my spellbinders fancy labels to stamp my sentiment in.

I am so excited this will be my first challenge and my first official post as a DT over at Cardz TV with Mary. Thanks again Mary for letting me be a part of your Wonderful Design Team.

For this challenge Mary has asked as to create anything we want that will showcase our style. Using our favorite technique, card fold, colors, embellishments...whatever we consider OUR style! It can be cute, vintage, shabby chic, etc, AND It can be for any ocassion.

This is what I created. I love my SSD digi, I love the color purple and I love coloring with my Copic.

For this I made my own background paper by stamping different variety of snowflakes and embossing the. I used some Tim Holtz Distress inks to make my snowflakes pop. I seriously think I need to buy more distress inks because I am only working on 9, lol.

I am really cutting it close for this challenge but I really wanted to join. I know I actually took at my Cricut for this and use for the First Time my Elegant Edges Cartridge, I have had it for awhile and had some stuff set up on my gypsy but I was just too lazy to take it out of my closet. I have to dig in there each and every time that's why. I also used for the First Time the Sesame Street Seasonal Cartridge.

Sorry if I've been MIA for awhile in commenting I just got back from San Francisco last night to attend a family wedding. 8 hrs drive now that would be easy if it's just me and hubby but with 4 kids totally exhausting. It's another DTBST over at Sassy Studio Designs and we are also doing our Countdown for the November Release. If you visit SSD I'm sure you will see that we have been showcasing some holiday images this week. Our New Release Party is this Saturday so don't forget to join us for the Fun. I am lovin' this Release, Lindsay the owner is just amazing.

This weeks challenge is to create a card for a child. You know every time I print one of these cute images up my 3 year old has to have her own because she just loves them, especially the princess ones.

Isn't that image just so adorable, her name is Thanksgiving Friend but she does remind me of Pocahantas
I even added some actual feather on her head. I also added some Jute twine on her ponytail

I am so excited when I received this magazine the other day, because they never emailed me letting me know that I got in so this took me completely by surprised. I turned my card in July of this year so you can tell how unexpected this is.

My card is on page 75, but just in case this was the card that got published.

This was my first publication ever and who would've guessed it would be using the Cricut, LOL.

I got my phone replaced. I love the new iphone and one of my cousins had me buy the OtterBox Defender Box from ebay which should be arriving soon.

First News...

It is with great sadness to tell you that the October release was my last release with Emma of My Creative Time :(. I had thebest time being a part of her team and working along side such talented ladiesand I am going to miss it so much. Now it is time for another set ofAwesome Designers to have fun working not only with some Awesome My Creative Time stamps/Die butwith the sweetest person I know Emma herself. Wishing her nothing but thevery best in everything she does. Thank you Emma for everything and forthe opportunity of being a part of your Design Team.
