My Creative Time's September Stamp Release Blog Hop

So what did I tell you did you enjoy yesterday's sneak peeks.  Now the time has finally arrived to purchase your very own 10th Edition Stamp Set at My Creative Time

Okay so bare with me this is a bit of a long post.  For today I am showcasing the Whimsical Calendar and XL Label Die

This is what I made, it's a bit unfinished because I can't make up my mind what I wanted to do with it.  Now I think I will put pictures of the kids for their grandma (my mom)
I bought this at my local scrapbook store and I also bought the small version

I will try to write down what paper I used if I miss something I'm sorry.  I inked around the edges on all of them with some Tim Holtz Distress Inks.  I also used my i-rock for most of them.  I coordinated the color of my stamp border with some SU! inks.  Some also has a border punch from SU!

Flower cut using the Flower Shoppe (my 13 yr old had to put it together for me coz I couldn't figure it out)

K and Co Berry Sweet Stack now this is glitter but it comes off so I put some Mod Podge on top of it to hold the glitter in.

Go Fish Challenge #1

It's Finally here!!!!  It is TradeFish Designs first ever Challenge Blog.  
A new challenge will be posted on the 1st and 15th of each month. You will have 2 weeks to post a link to your project to be considered for the challenge prize. Your project can be anything from card or scrapbook page to a home decor item and anything in between. The project must be created solely for the Go Fish Challenge to be considered for a prize. Welcome everyone to another TradeFish Design Team Day.  This week we will be showcasing the Rest In Peace stamp set and you can purchase this set along with other TFD sets HERE

For my project today I decide to create a scrapbook page

12 x 12 Layout
Base is from Bazzill
PP on the Side is from K and Co it's one of their older stack
Mat for the pictures are from Target at their $1.00 bins that I got awhile back.
The Skeleton die-cut is also from K and Co
To create my border on top I just stamped my bat that came with the RIP set on my 1 x 12 paper
The Happy Halloween is also from the RIP set.
Those tombstones (Colored in Copics), spiders and sentiments are also from the RIP Set.
