BTW I forgot, This is my 2nd post for today. Please scroll down to see my other project.
Hi Everyone, it's another Dare to be Sassy Thursday today and the challenge is to make a card or any project that has stitching or faux stitching on it. I decided to try both. I definitely need practice on the faux stitching and a little bit on the actual stitching. :} Any tips on the actual stitching will be greatly appreciated ... BTW did I tell you how in LOVE I am with their images. They are ALL so beautiful actually Gorgeous.
Recipe:Card Size 4.25 x 5.5DP is from the K and Co Wild Raspberry paper packThe pink paper is embossed with my Cuttlebug - Swiss Dots Folder and then I sewed them together. The yellow paper is from recollection that I embossed with my Cuttlebug - Argyle Folder I matted my image to DCWV All About Girls StackMy Image is called Sassy Fashionista's - Denim Debbie and you can find that Here, I colored her with copicsGlossy accents have been added to her shoes, purse, earrings, pendants, eyes and lips, I wish I can take a better picture so you can see where I added the glossy accents. The sentiment is of course from My Creative Time called Wow! Super Cute! I love the fun image and I think your stitching looks great. If you have problems with the faux stitching, you can always use a ruler. I find that helps keep it straight when your working late at night. As far as your machine stitching, one tip I can share is to tape down your ends on the back. I have found that they can sometimes work themselves loose over time. Just little tips but yours look great now!
