Well you know I love playing around with my Candles and I haven't done a Halloween one yet so I decided to make this and of course to join Peachy Keen's Challenge 36: 3D: Candles
For this I used, my PKS September 2012 SKOTM
I am telling you I love all their SKOTM this has been the best and so worth it.
Here is my project:
It's so much better in person because some parts are glittered and yes you can light this baby up, very safe.
I used glitter pen and it was added before I put it on my candle.

This is so cute!! I wish I had known about this technique when I got married. I just used hot glue and vellum back then!
