I stamped cupids face with Peachy Keen Stamps "Everyday Character Face Assortment" (Which is also a MUST have)
Sentiment is from My Creative Time "You Had Me At Chocolate" Which I love so much right now. Isn't the sentiment just so perfect for this card.
