Throwback Thursday Challenge

This is my entry for Emma's Throwback Thursday Challenge at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/.  I don't have the Walk in my Garden Cartridge so I used Create a Critter, Paper Dolls for Everyday and Gypsy Wonderings.

Here is my card:

Recipe:
5 x 7 Base Cardstock from Bazzill Limeade
PKS - Large Sun Stamp - Colored with Copics (Y06, YR02, YR18, R20)
         - Snow Cuties
Stamp Sentiment is from My Creative Time "Mom You Rock"

Cloud size @ 3 inches (PaperDolls for Everyday)
Flowers size @ 2.5 inches (Create a Critter)
Grass size @ 2.0 inches (Gypsy Wondering)
I also chalked around the clouds and the flowers.  I then used my signo pen to dot around the flowers and on the sun's cheek, this is my first time doing this with the pen and I actually love just how much the project comes alive with this little detail.

Scrapbook Pages

This is a little bit hard for me to do because this is the first time I am actually scrapbooking pages for a baby boy, my baby boy.  Yes, I know I have 2 older ones but shame on me I just really started my scrapbooking when my daughter was born so my older boys pictures are in an album.  I was going to work my way up and work on my 7 year olds album this year since I had his pictures transferred digitally by Ritz Camera but, we had a baby instead so that is on hold again. LOL.  Let me know what you guys think.  I used Teresa Collins Line Chic Baby Boy.

On this one I used the Cricut-New Arrival Cartridge and my Gypsy to cut a circle on her Belly.  I really wasn't thinking when I made this because I was in a hurry I just wanted it done before I had Alex.

This is my Belly Shot.  I didn't even know that my daughter was kissing my belly.  Would you believe that this picture was taken by my 7 year old?  He has a good eye for photography I tell you.

This picture was actually taken in the hospital by their resident photographer.  She taught she over exposed it but I thought the picture was perfect.

I cut the flower on this with my cricut.  I forgot which cartridge I used, sorry :{  It's hard to write everything down right now when you still have a newborn crying and a 2 year old whining constantly, I am just rushing through it.

I cut the scallop on my cricut too.  Again, I don't know which cartridge I used since I have everything on my Gypsy and I delete as I go.  The brads on the flowers are from a pack I got awhile back from We R Memory Keepers.  All the bling and pearls you see are from Prima.  This picture was taken using my iphone.  I love this phone, I always wonder how I managed without it.

Day 7 Papertrey Ink Tag & Frame Challenge

Yeah I got to join the challenge again.  The kids are off school today so my oldest one is helping me take care of the baby.  He is so sweet.  Okay so I just notice that I definitely need to buy some Papertrey Ink Tags and Frames because I didn't know that I didn't have any and they are a must have.

This is what I created for the challenge:

Tag size is 5.25 x 2.625
DP Unknown
I used my nesties to for the frame and and the stamped image.
The stamped image is from Papertrey Ink's Everyday Button Bits.
I just swiped some blue ink all over the tag and frames to make it pop.
The stamped sentiment is the first stamp that I ever bought and I believe it's from Inkadinkado.  So I used watermark and embossed it with sky blue embossing powder that I have in my stash.

Day 5 Papertrey Ink Color Challenge

First I want to say that I am so bummed that I couldn't participate on the whole challenge it is so hard with a newborn who wants to eat every chance he gets.  But he decided to give me a little break and let me put him down on his bouncer and this is what I made.  I was thinking early in the wee morning while feeding and playing with my iphone (since this is the only time I get to check out the other blogs I follow)  how I wanted this card to look like, I hope it turned out well:

All Supplies used are from Papertrey Ink unless otherwise noted:

A2 Card Size 5.5 x 4.25 in Pure Poppy
1" Border using Rasberry Fizz
1" Border using Vintage Cream
Stamped Image and Sentiment used are from Year of Flowers: Roses (I love Roses)
I stamped them with Versamark and decided to Emboss the Rose with white embossing powder.  (I still haven't gotten the hang of embossing without leaving a little bit of specks on it, for some odd reason the dryer sheet technique that I read doesn't work on me :{:{:{) If anyone knows a better technique I surely appreciate you sharing.
Punch used Stampin Up
Ribbon and Bling from Michaels

Male Birthday Card

Here is a male birthday card that I made awhile ago:

Recipe:
Cricut Cartridge - Wrap it Up
