First, I am super excited about this HOP because this is the first time that someone has asked me to be in one, LOL.  Thanks Ruthie for inviting me to this awesome HOP.   For my creation today, I even got schooled by my 13 year old son, apparently there is different meanings of colors for the light sabers, LOL did not know that. 

Just in case anyone is interested here are the color classifications of the Light Sabers 

Sith color is normally Red, but Red was also used by some Jedi's of the Old Republic. 

Jedi Consular is Green

Jedi Guardian is Blue

Jedi Sentinel is Yellow or Orangish in some of the pics I saw

Mace Windu's Purple Blade is an exception, he was given the crystal by the natives of Hurikane.

Ginger Snaps Scraps DT Post

Good Morning Everyone!

We are doing Wrap it Up over at Ginger Snaps Scraps where we get creative with our Ribbon or Twine and "Wrap" part of our project.  I don't know if I got creative with my Ribbon but I did use 2 different colors.

Here is what I made:

Image is from La La Land Crafts called Sugar n' Spice Marci

Sentiment is from Jaded Blossom called "Sweet Celebration"

I also used some Tim Holtz Distress Inks around the edges of my card

FEW REMINDERS of Awesome Happenings This Weekend!

Happy Hump Day!  So I recently found a New Digi Store and it is called Loo-Loo Design. Lilli the artist is well just so super sweet and her images are just so Gorgeous and very Realistic once colored up.

You can visit her blog Here and her store Here.  Also, a Facebook page, Here.  Tell her I sent you.  If your interested in one of her images all you have to do is email her and tell her the names and then she will paypal you.  BTW, they are the easiest image to color too.

Image is called "Baby Love 20"

Twine is from Trendy Twine called "Grape Fizz", although I love their whole line I have a soft spot for this color.  It's "Purple" and seriously just so Yummy looking like the rest of them.
