Too Cute to Spook

I am also entering this over D2D Saturday's Designer's Challenge and it is to color in Color Pencils, so I borrowed my son's Prismacolor Pencils.  I tell you I give props to everyone who uses Prismacolor Pencils because it is harder than it looks.  I was having so much trouble coloring this image, just to get it to where I was happy with it.

Image is called Patches the Ghost, I colored this images using my sons prismacolors and cut it using my spellbinders.

The Argyle background is from Market Street Stamps, that was just release last week.  I love their background stamps, they are amazing.  For this what I did was cut it with my spellbinders then used the negative as a Frame.  It's lifted a little bit because I put pop dots behind it.
I used My Creative Time's Scallop and Stitched Circle Die to stamp my sentiment which is from the All Around Halloween

For the inside of my Card:  

On the inside, I used the positive part of what I cut as my mat and cut a smaller piece for the sentiment.
Again the sentiment is from My Creative Time All Around Halloween Stamp Set

The Spellbinders I used is Labels Twenty Three

I can't believe it is finally the Weekend!  Although I have nothing planned I love it when I'm not the only one home watching the kids with me, so I can have time to craft a little bit.

I cut my D2D image called Falloween Cat with my Nestie Labels 1, colored it with my copics added some bling and then used my Tim Holtz distress inks around the edges.

For the the top I used MS Drippy Goo punch

This image came with a Boo! sentiment but I forgot to add so I used my My Creative Time Small Talk Stamp Set for the Boo!

I used my nestie to cut my free D2D image out and then colored it with my Copics.

I added some stickles on top of my cupcake and some Bling on that cute little flower on top of her head

My Creative Time's Design Team Day

For today's project we are to create a Shaped card.  I will be showcasing the My Favorite Sayings Stamp Set, I think this is one of my favorite stamps sets,  I know it's hard.  I love all of My Creative Time's Stamps. I have 2 cards for you today.  I couldn't really decide what I wanted to show you, it's so hard to create after coming back from vacations but when you are working with something you love it makes it easier.  I really love how both these turned out and I hope you do too.

For this card I just used my Lacey Circle Spellbinders to make the base of the card.

Recipe:

Lacey Labels used was sized at 4.25

I used my white signo pen to add some faux stitching

Image is from Designed2Delight called Garden Party

I added a little bit of stickles in the middle of the flowers.

I also added some glossy accents on the pot where the cupcake is sitting and on the wings of the bee.

Sentiment is My Creative Time's My Favorite Sayings stamped in SU! Pacific Point, I just curved the sentiment so it sits nice on top of the image.

I added some button of course with some Twine.  I believe the buttons are from PTI

For that adorable little face I used PKS Happy Lashes, doesn't it bring so much personality on little bug
That cute little sentiment is also from My Creative Time's My Favorite Sayings stamped in SU! Melon Mambo ink.
