My Creative Time's Design Team Day

Welcome to another My Creative Time Design Team Day.  I am so excited about this project today because we are  Honoring the Anniversary of 9/11, Emma has us showcasing the Happy Homecoming Stamp Set.  Now I do have family in the service (mostly the men) but I still felt like the ladies of our service needs some love too, that's why I chose to showcase the Ladies of our Service.

So very Thankful for the men and women that risk their lives to keep America Safe.

The star die cut is from Create-a-Critter cut at 3" I used stickles at the ends of the star

The PKS face is from the Happy Lashes Set

The Sentiment I am using is from SP and Co New Release called Bold Sentiments I

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to all the Amazing Dad's out there.  As you know right now I am a SAHM.  My hubby is the bread winner, he is also the one who cleans the house and gets everything organized.  He also loves to cook.  He is such an amazing Father to our kids.  I have never met or seen anyone who works as hard as he does and we really appreciate him so very very much!  He is also my BFF.  He is our SUPERMAN!

Show Dad he's #1 by making a special project just for him.

Okay Don't get me wrong, I love my Expression but can please someone tell me what is the smallest I can cut these images..  This was cut a 3.5 and it was still tearing, maybe I need to cut it in a new mat.  All I can say is thank goodness for Peachy Keen Stamps.

My Creative Time's Design Team Day

Hello Everyone and Welcome to My Creative Time's Design Team Day! Don't forget the Race for the Cure Hop is still going on HERE For this week we were assigned to make a "Tag" the stamp that I was assigned with is Wow! So Many Candles and can I just say I just love all her stamps and this one is no different.
Here is my Project:

Sentiment is My Creative Time Wow! So Many Candles and yes that even includes the music note.  This is going to be given to my 13 yr old today.  I know I can't believe I have a 13 yr old.  He appreciated the music notes since he plays the clarinet.

This was for my 8 yr old son, his birthday was last Sunday.

Now for this I also cut the Tag out using Tags, Bags, Boxes and More Cartridge I ran the tag thru my Cuttlebug using the Stars Folders The Twine is from The Twinery in Maraschino Image is from Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps called Birthday Josh The # 8 is from My Creative Time Follow your Dreams Stamp Set The Sentiment is from Wow! So Many Candles Stamp Set The Ticket Stub Stamp and Die is from PTI, I know isnt' it perfect it fits my Sentiments in perfectly.  I just love how versatile her stamps are.  You can also see another example of how versatile it is HERE

Scrapmasters Paradise Design Team Call

So I was browsing thru my favorite blogs that I follow and found out that the Scrapmaster's Paradise is holding a Design Team Call.

Here is my the card that I made for the Call.

Image is Harlow and Sentiment is from The Greeting Farm Creeper Crew Collection 1 that will be out on sale April 1.  To see the whole collections please look at my previous post HERE

Cardstock used is Recollection

Blue Cardstock is Bazzill which I embossed using my Cuttlebug Folder - Stars and then I used my white ink to bring out the stars.

DP behind the image is from DCWV Nana's Nursery Baby Boy.  I also chalked the edges of my sentiment.

Here are the copics I used to color Harlow: E37, E00, E19, E02, B28, B26, B00, B02, R37, R85, R39, BG07, YG11, YG13 and C8.  For her cheeks I used some chalking.
