Welcome to the the August Challenge over at Trendy Twine.  This month we are showcasing "Krazy for Kraft", which is also on sales this month. This month's challenge is "Beach Theme" using Krazy for Kraft Trendy Twine and Washi Tape on your project.  If you don't have any Trendy Twine you can also use embroidery floss or hemp twine.  But you can also purchase a Sample Pack Here. This is what the sample pack looks like: I decided to make card today, I used the Krazy for Kraft Trendy Twine to create my Hammock

Card Size: 5.25 x 5.25 DP is from Echo Park Paradise Beach Images and Sentiment are from Karber Palm Tree Die cuts are from my Cricut - Pack your Bags Cartridge I used cork for the sand and my fiskars punch for the waves I added a washi flag in the corner from my stash.

Trendy Twine Design Team Day

It is my DT day over at Trendy Twine.  I am officially posting myself and actually a Trendy Twine Designer.  This month we are Featuring the Berry Twine and it is actually on sale too.

For my project today,  I know you have seen this being done a lot but this is my first time actually doing it.  I have been inspired by my fellow DT Jamie and one my my other blogger friend Jenny.

Here is my Card:

I used a 1' punch and then ran it thru my xyron but to make sure the Berry Twine doesn't unravel I also used some modge podge on it.

They are clued to a straw stick that I cut apart,  you can find them at Jaded Blossom and they also come in different colors.

I also used my favorite Cuttlebug folder - Swiss Dots

The sentiment I got from my Karber Set called You are so Sweet! Set.

Jaded Blossom Sneak Peak

Hello Again, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and an Awesome Easter.  Did you find all your Eggs from the Easter Bunny.  My kids had a blast, well we all did.  

Today is my turn to post over at Jaded Blossom and I have a sneak for you.  I am so excited to be working with their new stamps this month.  I just love them.

Here is what I made for my Sneak Peak:

I used my Spellbinder Label  23 to create my mat

Also my Swiss Dots Embossing Folder

Punch is from Fiskars (which is my fave right now)

I stamped my sentiment using Jaded Blossom "Flag Dies" (which is my fave right now too)

The Sentiment is from the new Stamp Set that will be released this Friday called "Bug-A-Boo"

I couldn't help myself this is a last minute card that I made last night

Recipe
Base is made using my Gypsy with the Elegant Edges Cartridges
Welded together it says 5.5w x 10.19h
DP is from Basic Grey Life is a Party
Die Cut I used is cut from my Cameo.  The SVG is from Papercrafting World called "Celebrate Bear, Cupcakes and Balloons" (I'm still learning how to use my Cameo but it is getting easier)
I mounted the Bear's Head on a very trimmed down Action Wobble

I also added some Glossy Accents on all the Eyes
For the bear face I used my PKS Wide Eyed and Busy Tailed Assortment
For the Balloons I used Wide Eyed Kids Assortment
Twine is from Trendy Twine
Sentiment is stamped on Jaded Blossoms Flag Dies and the sentiment is from their other new stamp that will be released this Friday called "Make a Wish" I also used the candle from this stamp set for the cupcake.

Happy Monday!  It is Spring Break here at the Cordero Household and the fun has begun last night, LOL.  We bought Dance Central 2 for xbox 360 Kinect and boy was that a workout.

Good Morning my crafty and fellow bloggers!  I hope everyone's weekend went well.  I have been super BUSY! Still putting things together around the house, cleaning and never ending laundry.

I made this card to give to my one of my sweet neighbors, last week she gave us some homemade cupcakes and they were oh so yummy!  I wish I took a picture of it before the kids ate it all up, lol.

Karber Challenge #47

Hello, Fellow Crafters!  Happy Monday!

I found my beloved Spellbinder Dies,  I can't say much for the rest of my crafty things though, LOL!

I am joining my very second challenge of the year and it is with Karber Digital.  I bought some of her cute stamps while I was staying at the hotel and colored them up.  They are the cutest little things and I'm so glad that I bought some.  You can find the Digi's Here and some Clear Stamps Here.

The theme of this challenge is:

Use some BLING

(pearls, dew drops, glitter, rhinesstones, etc)

& and of course to use a Karber Digi or Clear Stamp

TGIF!  I just wanted to share a really simple LO that I made for my son when he got his 1st Communion.  He is 8 years old.  As you know I have 4 kids and so far I have noticed that he is just like me, we think a like, we act a like and sometimes it is really scary, LOL!  He always cracks me up, see does dimples they are a killer that means he has me wrapped around his little fingers.  Love him to death, well I do all my kids!
